Land Acknowledgement

NFI’s global headquarters is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, on Treaty One Territory, the original lands of the Anishinaabeg, Cree, Oji-Cree, Dakota Oyate, and Dene peoples, and the birthplace and homeland of the Red River Métis Nation. We acknowledge that water for our global headquarters is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation, located in Treaty Three Territory. We honor the Indigenous Peoples who have cared for this land since time immemorial, and we recognize the ongoing contributions of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples in our communities today.
